FAQs

Do you offer remote/work-from-home opportunities?

Absolutely! Most of the positions we offer are fully work-from-home. 

We expect team members to treat their home office as a professional workspace. Working from locations outside your home office is generally not allowed due to security and compliance requirements. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Our main office is located in Quezon City, conveniently situated across the street from SM North.

Shifts are based on the needs of our U.S.-based clients, so most roles follow U.S. time zones.

At this time, we only offer full-time positions. Part-time or freelance roles are not currently available.

How often do employees get paid?

Employees are paid twice a month—on the 7th and the 22nd.

Yes. We provide health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage. You can also enroll up to two dependents for health and dental benefits.

For most positions, benefits begin on your first day of employment.

Yes. Employees observe the U.S. holiday schedule of the client they support. Additionally, you’ll receive Service Incentive Leave (SIL).

SIL becomes available after 90 days of employment.

Do you provide computer equipment?

Yes. We provide a desktop computer, dual monitors, and all necessary accessories to ensure you’re fully equipped to work from home.

Onboarding begins as soon as you sign your offer. Our onboarding team will contact you to collect all employment requirements. Meanwhile, our IT team will coordinate the delivery and setup of your computer equipment so you’re ready to go on day one. Your first day will include a company orientation, followed by deployment to training.

Yes. Most positions begin with training conducted by NightOwl before you’re deployed to your client. In some cases, training is provided directly by the client. We have a team of experienced trainers and a comprehensive Learning Management System with courses and resources to support your success.

Yes, all training is fully paid.

Training duration varies by position, but typically lasts one to two weeks. Some roles may require a longer training period depending on complexity or individual learning needs.

Do you offer team-building events or employee engagement activities?

Yes—we’re all about team vibes! We love bringing people together with virtual games, contests (with awesome prizes!), and fun challenges that keep things lively. When our executive team visits the Philippines each year, we throw in-person events that are always something to look forward to. And to keep the energy flowing year-round, we host regular virtual town halls to stay connected, celebrate wins, and share what’s new. 

We’re big fans of celebrating wins—whether it’s a major milestone or a small everyday victory! Shoutouts from clients, teammates, and leaders are a regular thing around here. Birthdays and work anniversaries get the spotlight too, with company-wide messages that bring all the good vibes. And every month, we crown two MVPs who earn bragging rights, a special certificate, and a shot at an all-expense-paid weekend resort getaway for them and a guest. Recognition is kind of our thing!

“Community” is one of our core values. We support communities across the Philippines through donations, volunteer work, and partnerships with non-profits. From typhoon relief efforts to educational and job training support, to volunteering with children’s health and wellness programs, we are proud to make a difference where our employees live and work.
